CrossFit 

Our flagship CrossFit program designed on a 60 minute timeline. The most refined CrossFit program out there. Train to be ready for anything!

Our program is designed for scalability and applies equally well to all individuals regardless of age or fitness level. By varying the load and intensity, we start you at a level appropriate to your fitness and experience. With commitment and hard work you will achieve greater general fitness and a high degree of athleticism. We take an old-school approach emphasizing fundamental, functional movements with proper technique. You will learn and get fit with ever-changing workouts that combine bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, and a huge variety of high-intensity drills that combine cardio and strength challenges at the appropriate level for each person. The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic. The atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie to anyone willing to put in the work.

BEX Training

BEx Training (Body Express) has a bootcamp class feel.  This is designed for all fitness levels, can be scaled to one’s ability, and focuses on metabolic conditioning and it’s fat burning effects.

BEx Training (Body EXpress Training) is our unique bootcamp-style program that focuses on metabolic conditioning and its fat burning effects. This conditioning-based class involves running, rowing, assault bike, dumbbells, plyometrics, rings, medicine balls and kettlebells. No experience or skill level is required, just the desire to sweat and work hard.

Our BEX program is held at the same time as our CrossFit program in one group coach led setting. It’s approx 50-60 min in length and includes a warm up, strength component and work out.

WHO IS BEx FOR?
This program is perfect for those looking to build a base level of fitness as well as those who like a good sweat, like working out in a group, and want simple yet challenging workouts. This is similar to a bootcamp, however, the focus will still be on functional movements to help enhance your ability to perform day-to-day tasks. All movements can be scaled. Let’s say that again. ALL movements are scalable to what is right for YOU. This means we can simplify movements, decrease the load or intensity however needed to meet you at your level and give YOU an amazing workout to yield great results. ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME! We promise to make it the best hour of your day

CrossFit KIDS

CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching children the principles of mechanics, consistency and intensity. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means that consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

CrossFit KIDS is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits leading to less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. This program offers scalable workouts and skills for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids.

Our CrossFit Swarm KIDS classes will run in 6 week sessions. Classes are two days a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) at 515pm. Classes are approx 45 mins in length and will be held in our large downstairs gym area to allow enough space for safe social distancing.

@Home Training

Our program specifically programmed for training at your house. Designed on a 45 minute timeline.  Uses limited equipment.  Also has a Virtual option to have your home workout hosted by a coach.
