My favorite WOD is DT - 5 rounds for time of 12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Power Cleans, 6 Push Jerks - but my favorite lift is the Snatch by far! (clearly I'm more of a barbell than cardio girl...)

As a two-sport athlete in college, I began my crossfit journey after graduation when my competitive days came to an end, but my willingness to let go of those days did not. Crossfit has given me a sense of competition within myself while also allowing me to create connections and lifelong friendships that I'll cherish forever. With a 3-year-old and a new addition to our family on the way, I love the flexibility that Swarm classes give me as a busy mom, wife, and full-time dental hygienist. In my spare time outside of the gym, I love spending time outdoors boating on the river or camping in the mountains with my family, watching sports (football season is my favorite!), and baking sourdough bread.
