We offer our CrossFit training during Group Fitness classes. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high-intensity level. This includes Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Kettlebells, Dynamic Plyometrics, Gymnastics, and much more. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pushing, and pulling.
CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning every day is different so you never get bored. All workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.
You must have CrossFit experience to perform our CrossFit workouts. Those without experience will perform our BEx programmed workout. If you aspire to do CrossFit but don’t have experience, we have our OnRamp to CrossFit Foundations program! Reach out for more info!
All of our CrossFit Classes are led by a certified coach and follow a planned progression of roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure: Warm-up, Strength/Skill Training, WOD (Main workout). We also provide guidance for optional Post WOD soft tissue mobilization work.
Our coaches guide you through each segment of the class, provide movement instruction and demonstration. Our coaches supervise and correct all unsafe movement patterns as well as guide you towards improving your movement mechanics and range of motion. We’ll support you and cheer for you as we give you the tools needed to pursue your healthiest and fittest version of yourself.
