Played four years of college baseball
Seeing our members grow.
I started as the typical kid who couldn't play enough sports. Growing up, I played on multiple hockey and baseball teams at the same time. When I had some free time, I'd make my way to the golf course. After high school, I was lucky enough to make and play four years of college baseball. This is where my introduction to the Crossfit-style programming started. In the summer of 2013, I joined Crossfit Swarm to help my performance while pitching and have been hooked ever since. The community and competition have kept me coming back for more. These were two of the biggest reasons I decided to start coaching. I completed the level one seminar initially in 2016 to gain valuable knowledge I could pass along to all of the members who have come through our gym in the hopes of helping them get better each day.
