My favorite adventure so far was the summer I spent on a trail crew with Montana Conservation Corps. I got to camp and work in some really cool backcountry areas and put my fitness to use!
Community and support. Finding Swarm was the first thing when I moved to the area and have felt so welcomed by the community. Everyone is so eager to celebrate any small wins, both in and out of the gym.
I first tried CrossFit after training for my second marathon. I was burnt out from only running and wanted to switch things up. I loved that CrossFit taught me how to lift weights and it became a fun social hour of the day. My goals in CrossFit are to be ready for adventures out of the gym, whether that's hiking, biking, or running!
